How do I change the sort order of the log?
|
- Click a column heading name to sort by that column.
- Click the column heading a second time to sort in the opposite direction
- To return to the default sort order, Click the word "Log book" in the tab.

How do I Export the log?
|
- Click the 'Export results' button on the top bar
- Choose the export format
- Click 'Export'
- Choose 'save as' and save the file in your desired location.
If you only want to export or print off your own contacts then first filter the list by doing the following:
- Search for: 'Operator' - 'Contains' - 'Your Callsign' [Search]

How do I search the log?
|
- In the top bar you will see three search input boxes.
- Type your keyword in the third box and click 'Search' to find all entries that contain that word.
- Choose a particular field and change the filter to narrow down the results.
- Click "show all' on the top bar to reset.

How do I change how many rows are shown per page?
|
- Select the Records Per Page: drop-down box to the right of the search box.

How do I add a contact to the logbook?
|
- Click on the 'Add new' button, just below the search boxes.
Enter the details of the contact and click save.
To abort the contact, click the 'Back to List' button without saving or use your browser back button.

Iv'e submited a contact but I've made a mistake
|
- Click the 'edit' link to the left of the entry to update the contact details.
If you have a problem that you can't resolve contact the logbook administrator with the Log ID and details that need amending.

What's the QSL tick box for?
|
- If you would like our QSL Manager to send a QSL card to your contact then you must tick this box.

I forgot to add an entry
|
- You can add a contact entry at any time, even after the event.
Be sure to choose the appropriate date/time for your contact when entering it.

Why can't I add an entry?
|
- Sign in with the supplied username and password.
- To add entries and use the other features in this logbook requires a user account.
If you are a member and require a user account then please contact the logbook administrator.

Why can’t I log in?
|
- The login is case sensitive.
Ensure that your username and password are being entered correctly, if the problem persists then contact the logbook administrator.

I’ve forgotten my password!
|
- Contact the logbook administrator.
He will be able to send you your current password.

Navigating the logbook
|
- Page navigation links are at the bottom of the log.
- Select a page number to view the selected page.

When I change the operator I can't edit it again
|
- You can only edit contacts where you are the operator in that contact entry.
If the operators callsign is not your own, you will not be able to edit that contact in the log, even if you entered the contact into the log.

|
- Click the Logbook 'tab' to return to default view.

How do I display only MY contacts?
|
- Search for: 'Operator' - 'Contains' - 'Your Callsign' [Search]
To clear your search filter and return to full list click [Show all]

- This page is updated by our QSL Manager.
A tick will be placed in the relevant box as and when a QSL Card is sent or received.
